Dr. Mauro Giliberti

I am a theoretical physicist, specialized in numerical methods for high-energy physics, working in holography and relativistic astrophysics. I obtained my Ph.D. at the University of Florence under the supervision of Prof. Aldo Cotrone, with a thesis on numerical methods for high-energy theoretical physics and astrophysics. I am currently a postdoc in the RelAstro group at Goethe University Frankfurt, within the CRC-TR211 collaboration, where I work on phase-transition dynamics in binary neutron-star mergers and on their gravitational-wave signatures.
